Is Knight of Wands a yes or a no?

The answer

Yes, if you move now — this window rewards speed and closes fast for anyone who hesitates.

What argues for it

Boldness suits this. The risk of moving is smaller than the risk of hesitating.

Reversed

You want to move. Wanting to is not nothing, and it is most of the way there.

When it moves

Very soon, and abruptly. This rank doesn't build up to its arrival; it just arrives.

What to do about it

Move now, boldly, and let the plan catch up afterward. This is not the moment for the fully considered version.

Reversed

Slow down enough to finish what you already started before charging at the next thing.
