Is Six of Wands a yes or a no?

The answer

Yes — and this one comes with recognition attached, not just quiet success.

What argues for it

You would be seen to have done it, and being seen matters more here than you admit.

Reversed

Recognition would come, later than deserved and smaller than hoped.

When it moves

Soon, and visibly — other people will tell you it's arrived before you've fully registered it yourself.

What to do about it

Take the win in public. Downplaying it now costs you something real and gains you nothing.

Reversed

Go find out where the credit actually went, calmly, rather than letting the resentment sit uncontested.
