In a career reading
A creative idea or a piece of intuitive feedback is arriving that doesn't yet have a business case attached to it, and it doesn't need one yet. Follow the curiosity before you're asked to justify it in a meeting.
Reversed
You're bringing daydreams to work that haven't been tested against anything real, or delivering difficult news in a way that's more about managing your own discomfort than the person receiving it.
As a path you could take
This road is tentative and new, and would need protecting early on.
Reversed
This one would leave you exposed before you were ready.
As an outside influence at work
A message or a tentative approach is coming from someone.
Reversed
Someone around this is being oversensitive and it is complicating matters.
