In a career reading
A creative pitch or an idealistic vision deserves to be brought forward now, even though it will need more than charm to survive contact with budgets and deadlines later. Lead with the vision and let the practicalities catch up afterward.
Reversed
You're all vision and no follow-through, pitching ideas you haven't actually built a plan to execute — or someone else's charisma is outpacing their actual reliability.
As a path you could take
This road arrives as an offer. Appealing, and worth checking underneath.
Reversed
This one is all charm and no structure.
As an outside influence at work
An offer is being made, or a person is pursuing something with you.
Reversed
The pursuit here is all display and no substance.
