In a career reading
Take the project, or the decision, somewhere quiet before you bring it back to the group. Some answers only arrive in the absence of other opinions, and this is a card that rewards deliberate, private thinking time over another meeting.
Reversed
You've withdrawn past the point of usefulness — hoarding insight instead of sharing it, or so removed from the team that your guidance can't reach anyone anymore. It's time to come back down with what you found.
As a path you could take
A solitary road. Fewer people, more clarity, and genuinely quieter.
Reversed
This one would isolate you, and you would not notice until you were.
As an outside influence at work
Someone experienced is available to advise, at a distance.
Reversed
The person who could guide this is unreachable or unwilling.
